KJK Mono Crystalline Diamond (MKD) is a synthetic diamond out of pure carbon. These diamonds enable the production of geometric defined flutes with absolutely notch free. KJK Mono Crystalline Diamond (MKD) is suitable for achieving very high surface finishes, mirror bright surfaces, machining of non-ferrous materials, micro machining and machining of titanium without burr.

The KJK Mono Crystalline Diamond tool of the present invention is available for performing ultra precision machining on hard and brittle materials and a difficult-to-machining materials, or the like.
